Do I have to send my Venue, Profile, D Control or D Command to you for repair ?

No, we can come to you to repair larger installed items. For C24 we recommend that you send this to us due to the complexity of the C24 design.

My Digi 002 does not connect to my computer anymore and ProTools cannot find the Digi 002 upon boot.

It would appear that the Firewire board has become faulty and needs replacing.

My Digi 002 / C24 lights up like a Christmas tree

This would indicate a possible PSU fault. This may be covered by warranty. Please call with your serial number to find out if this is the case.

The faders on my control surface do not move anymore.

This could indicate a possible PSU fault or an FMC (Fader Motor Control) board fault.

My scribble strips don’t work or are displaying strange information.

This could indicate a PSU fault, a scribble board fault or a cub board fault. Please contact Lee Engineering to arrange to send the unit to us for repair.
